Traditional Sicilian dishes are accompanied by a selection of good-quality Sicilian wines, carefully chosen to complement the food and enhance its authentic flavours.

Please note: this is a relaxed food and wine-pairing dinner, not a formal or tutored wine-tasting class. A sommelier or wine expert will not deliver a presentation or guided talk during the experience.

🍽️ About the experience

This experience is designed as an enjoyable Sicilian dinner with paired wines, rather than a technical wine lesson or sommelier-led masterclass.

Each wine has been selected to accompany the food being served, allowing guests to discover how Sicilian wines complement the flavours of traditional regional dishes.

The dinner is served as a chef-selected set menu. Guests do not choose dishes from our à la carte menu.

 The same set menu is served to the entire table. Food substitutions and selections from the à la carte menu are not available.

  • Sunday to Thursday: available throughout the day, subject to availability
  • Friday: available for bookings starting no later than 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: not available
