Mini Master Project and Safety Manager International Construction Sector (online 100 hours)


The aim of the Mini Master is to prepare students in the areas of Project and Safety Management in International Construction.

Specifically oriented towards the International Construction Sector. Recommended for Construction Site Managers, Construction Project Managers, Project Manager, HSE, Safety Managers, etc who work Globally, international or Technical Engineers who want to grow having a successful career in the Construction Sector.

The final certificate constitutes a qualification in itself but if you wish to proceed with subsequent exams, the teaching units of the Mini Master are fundamental requirements for enrolling in the exams for the PMP, CAPM (PMI, Project Management Institute American) and NEBOSH ICC (British standard on safety and organisation of construction sites).

However it is not necessary to proceed with further exam because the certificate is a high recognised in the market.

Project Management (Approved by the London CPD Service) This unit aims to prepare students to understand the fundamental approaches, methods, techniques of the PMBOK® Guide. The course is structured in video modules with contextual assessments. 

Safety (specific NEBOSH international course for construction). This unit aims to prepare candidates to understand  the fundamental approaches, methods, techniques of Health and Safety in a Construction sectors.

NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) is an independent British body that aims to train in the field of hygiene, health and safety in the workplace.

The certificate obtained with the International Construction Certificate Course, ICC, is the most accredited professional recognition worldwide in the safety sector. International companies require the figure of the "security coordinator" covered by the ICC professional. The unit aims to provide technical skills in: risk assessment, identification of preventive measures, planning, design of procedures to prevent or reduce risks during the execution of works, identification of critical phases, ability to coordinate activities to avoid dangerous interference, emergency management ( fire - accident - earthquake - attacks - natural disasters in general).

The Mini Master is a training and professional updating opportunity for executives, technicians, officials in the technical offices of public bodies and companies that deal with the technical management of building and infrastructure works (highways, ports, airports, railways, underground lines, etc. ). In particular, the advanced course is aimed at Project Managers and Safety Managers or people interested in professional growth in the Project and / or Safety Management sector.
