Led by our in-house mixologist, this hands-on masterclass gives you the chance to step behind the bar, learn classic cocktail techniques, and create and drink four cocktails.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 🍸 Welcome cocktail on arrival (Italian aperitivo style)

  • 🍹 Learn to make 4 cocktails – with full tastings

  • 🍽️ Finish the session with an Italian-style sharing dinner board:

    A generous mix of regional favourites – cheeses, hams, focaccia, olives, garlic bread, bruschette, pizzette, arancini, crocchette, and more

    🌿 Vegan options available

  • 🎉 Your final moment? Take the bar for a “Grand Finale” and toast with a shot of Limoncello!
